Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Tag(s) must be attached, and the item(s) must be unworn, in brand new condition and free of any odors and stains.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Food items, personal care items (such as beauty products), face masks, and any items listed as FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
Please include the packing slip with your return. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund in the original payment form for the amount paid, or assist you with a shop credit or an exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to be able to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
We know that clothing purchased online doesn't always work out...be it because of size, fit or any of a number of reasons. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and the clothing you purchase from us, so we're more than willing to work with you regarding returns and exchanges.
